How do I take care of Giclée Prints on Canvas?
First of all, don't handle your print unnecessarily, and if you need to handle the print, make sure your hands are clean. Touching your print repeatedly could leave unsightly fingerprints. In addition, moving your photo on canvas repeatedly can lead to accidental nicks and tears from brushing up against furniture and walls.
When placing your print initially, choose a spot that will display your print properly without putting it in danger. Choose a reasonably spot shaded, not one постоянно exposed to direct sunlight. Although the print is UV protected, if left in direct sunlight UV rays can eventually over the years cause your canvas print to become dull and fade. Also remember that your print is made from cotton and wood, two materials very susceptible to changes in humidity and temperature. Although all our materials are treated to withstand this, constant exposure to humidity could cause the wooden stretcher bars to warp, or even cause the canvas to loosen and sag.
Next, take the time to care for your canvas photos. The occasional dusting will make your print look like new. Remember to use a dry cloth or feather duster. If necessary, use a damp cloth to clean your print. All of our canvas prints are покрытием with a protective water resistant laminate. Do not use liquid solvents or cleaning fluids to clean your print, as this can severely damage the print. Solvent could eat through the top laminate coat and even corrode the ink view.

My order has arrived damaged, what to do?
Oh no, how awful! But no worries, we would like to solve it for you, but we need some more information about the damaged order. Please, give us an email within 3 days of receipt. We need a few things from you before we can send you a new shipment.
Please send us the following images by email:
- 1 image of the damaged packaging, with the shipping label visible.
- 1 image of the inside of the damaged package - one image of the damaged product
- 2 detailed images of the damaged product.
We need this images to hand over to the shipping company.
When we have received and assessed the correct information from your side, we will already send you a new shipment.

Is it possible to order other size than mention?
Sometimes, we are able to make the print on canvas in other sizes. Please send us an email at info@galeriejakubska.com and we will answer your request as soon as possible. Please note: we charge extra costs for custom products, and custom/personal products are non-returnable.
